This is a regular, scheduled Dynamics Business Central SaaS release of HomeBuilder on Microsoft AppSource. This release contains improvements and fixes, as reported by consultants and/or clients through implementations and usage, and is aggregated monthly. Details below.

Enhancements

Lot Selection Packages

  1. In the "Lot Selection Choices" page we introduced the ability to enter "Item No." / "Variant Code" (or "Item No. and Variant") prior to entering "House Area Code". In this case the lookup to the of Item No. and Variant will include all options for the Model. After entering "Item No.", the "House Area Code" will be limited to the House Areas applicable for the Item in the Model of the Lot.
  2. Two actions have been added to the "Lot Selection Choices" page.
    1. Action "Sort Default" arranges choices in the order used on opening page (i.e., the default sorting order by House Area, Item Category, and Line Number).
    2. Action "Renumber Reference No." renumbers "Reference No." according to the default sorting.
  3. In the "Lot Selection Choices" page, column "Variant Code" is shown as mandatory when applicable.
  4. The "Item No. and Variant" column displays values in the format <Bundle Item No.>/<Item No.>/<Variant Code>.
  5. The "Purchaser Extras" reports display choices in the sorting order used in the "Lot Selection Choices" page by default.
  6. The "Color Chart with Multiple Signatures" report (Id 70526092) organizes selection choice by Item Category Code and House Area Code for improved presentation to vendors.

Enhancements

  1. "Unit Price" can now be entered for Items designated as 'Component', allowing its use in the additional items of bundles light. To enable entering "Unit Price" you must ensure that the field "Color Chart" is set to 'Yes' in the Item.
  2. In Vendor Contracts there is a "Push Cost to Lots" action from Current Prices. To make the results of this action more intuitive and for back-dating contract price changes, this push will now include Planning Lines with a "Remaining Qty." of 0 i.e. the contract has been completely fulfilled for that Lot. This change allows for better budget to actual reporting however the user updating costs must ensure that they only push to Lots they really want to update.
  3. On the "Planning Lines" page, you can create Work Orders for Planning Lines even if the "Vendor Contract No." is empty; however, the "Vendor No." must still be specified.

Corrections

  1. Bug fixes in the "Installments Tracking" report.
    1. The selection of Lot Code in the report options is now fully functional.
    2. Sub-totals by Lot will be the total for all payments on the Lot, even when the Installments belong to different customers.
  2. Bug fix in the "Lot Selection Choices" page: selection of Item and Variant in the tile mode.
  3. Bug fix in the "Contract Revision Items" page: values in the "Matched Planning Lines" and "Unmatched Planning Lines" columns now correctly take into account the contract's "Phase Code".
