133650 - RPM Unit Utilization Report now correctly applies Units Not Active option

• The Units Not Active filter option in the RPM Unit Utilization Report now applies as expected.

131341 - Line amounts for Document level charges now post consistently

• Document level charges on work order lines now post with consistent amounts across all scenarios.

131948 - Billing code minimum charges with actual dates now delete records correctly

• When deleting an actual start date on a contract line with a billing code set to "charge minimum," system-generated receipt records now delete properly.

6801 - Pre-billing credit segments now reset correctly

• Crediting multiple periods on a pre-billing now properly resets segments on the source document.

133849 - RPM Statistics and Unit Margin Report utilization now accounts for non-billable days

• The utilization calculation in RPM Statistics and RPM Unit Margin Report now accounts for non-billable days from the Daily Utilization feature.

134084 - Work Order shipment lines no longer duplicated on pre-billing suggestion
