Open the Detail Customer Ledger Retainage Entries directly

There are two purposes for this addition

• List all retainage entries online rather than being forced to use a report.

• View all the (open) entries to be able to produce an ad-hoc deferred tax amount.

  • To see deferred tax for all entries, apply the filter “Tax Amount” <> 0 to this page. You can then easily download to Excel and group in a way that makes sense for your tax reporting.

To open it:

1. Type “Detail Customer Entries” into the Search at the top of your role center and select the result, or
2. From your role center menu, choose Posted Documents › Detail Cust. Ledger Entries.

Use either path from any of these role centers: Accountant, Accounts Receivable Administrator, Sales and Relationship Manager, and Sales Order Processor. You land on the same list of detailed customer ledger entries — the full posting trail you can drill into without leaving your home page.

 It is now also possible to release the filter in both retainage and detail retainage pages accessed from within a customer.
