Each company now keeps its own House Area groupings. Company-specific House Area Sets replace the global House Area Groups in Construction Items, Construction Item Templates, Item Worksheets, and Item House Area Matrix.
Open House Area Sets from Search or from HomeBuilder > Setup > General in the HomeBuilder Executive and HomeBuilder Admin Role Centers. The House Areas page adds a Push to House Area Sets action, plus a No. of House Area Sets FlowField and House Area Sets FactBox cue so you can see which sets each House Area belongs to.
Several pages now show more information up front, so you spend less time opening other pages to find it.
Models and Model Card. The Models page adds FlowFields — counts you can click to open the related records:
Both pages also add a Measurements with Zero Qty. action, and their FactBoxes add Measurements and Measurements with Zero Qty. cues, so measurements still missing a quantity are easy to find.
Lots - Site View and SEHB Lot Card - Site View. A new Open Tasks action opens the new Open Lot Tasks page, where Site Supers can view open tasks and complete them from the phone.
Lot Selection Choices and Package Work Planning. A Trade Type Code column (FlowField) shows each line's trade without leaving the page.
Planning Lines pages. On all seven pages that display Planning Lines and include Invoiced Amount (LCY), you can click the amount to drill down to the Sales Invoices behind it.
Price Revision Items. A new FactBox with Planning Lines cue gives you a quick count of related Planning Lines.
Field lookups. On 17 pages, lookups now let you open the full list when the dropdown doesn't show what you need.
Choosing a contract. Assign Vendor Contract on the Phase Items, Phase Planning Lines, and Lot Planning Lines pages now opens a list of Vendor Contracts so you can pick the one you want.
Cost updates. You can keep Vendor Contract costs in step with your Construction Item costs. Select the new Force Item Cost Update to Vendor Contracts checkbox in HomeBuilder Setup, and then:
Duplicate invoice check. You can catch duplicate vendor invoices before they're posted. Select the new Check Ext. Doc. No. in non-posted Documents checkbox in Purchases & Payables Setup, and the Vendor Invoice No. you enter on a purchase invoice or purchase order is checked against non-posted purchase invoices and purchase orders as well as posted purchase invoices. The same check applies to purchase credit memos and purchase return orders.
Print for Trades. A new action on the Lot Selection Package card prints the package for your trades.
Basic Price List. The request page adds a Cost Scope filter, a Don't print Unit Cost option for sharing prices without exposing costs, and a Sort by Price Group option.
Attachments from Purchase Requests. When you run Populate from Planning Lines in a purchase document and those Planning Lines came from Purchase Requests, the Purchase Request attachments now copy to the purchase document.
Document Attachments. You can edit the Description field in multi-line mode, giving you room for longer notes.
Additional Items. Description is now a normal field rather than a FlowField: it fills in from the item Description when you assign the Item No., and you can change it afterward. The Description FlowFields on Phase Additional Item and Model Additional Item now pick up the Description from the respective Additional Item, so your wording carries through.
Service Issues. Vendor Name is now a normal field rather than a FlowField.
Context-sensitive online help is now available or updated for the POEs, POE Card, and POE Lines (All) pages.
Bug Fix: On the Construction Price Groups page, the Unit of Measure Code field now shows as mandatory, so you can see it needs a value.
Bug Fix: You can change Vendor No. and Vendor Contract No. on a Phase Item without losing data: Contract Revision Items on the previously assigned contract are no longer deleted.
Bug Fix: Error messages are clearer — 35 messages across 15 objects now explain more plainly what went wrong.
Bug Fix: When you use Copy from Another Model on a Model, the Copy from Model page now selects the correct source Model Items to copy.
Bug Fix: The Vendor Contracts cue in the FactBox on the Model Items page now filters correctly, so it shows the right contracts.
Bug Fix: On the Vendor Contracts page, you can click No. of Current Prices to drill down to the Current Prices page.
Bug Fix: Additional choices now sort by category correctly in the Selection Options and Purchaser Extra reports.
