The Purchase Request Card has a cleaner layout so you can work through requests faster. The “Create Planning Lines” and “Create Planning Lines and WO” actions now appear in the page header and apply to all lines at once — so you no longer need to act on lines individually.
When you’re splitting costs between vendors, HomeBuilder now handles the extra bookkeeping for you. If you add a “Chargeback Vendor No.” to a Purchase Request, the system automatically creates the corresponding credit planning lines for that chargeback vendor when you generate planning lines — no manual entry required.
To keep planning lines properly categorized, “House Area Code” is now a required field when you create Planning Lines from a Purchase Request. Make sure it’s filled in before you generate lines.
If you work in the “HomeBuilder Site Super” or “HomeBuilder Inspector” role center, you now have access to streamlined versions of the “Lots” and “Lot Card” pages — designed to show what you need without the extra configuration fields.
The tile view now gives you a better at-a-glance picture of your work across these pages:
You can now view and manage document layouts for all your global vendors from one place. Open the “Global Vendor Document Layouts” page from the role center menu at HomeBuilder → Setup → Document Management → Global Vendor Document Layouts, or find it through system Search.
