Purchase Requests

Refresh a Released purchase request without starting over. Once a purchase request is Released, the Populate from Planning Lines action stays available as long as no Purchase Order or Credit Memo has been created from it yet — so you can keep pulling in fresh planning lines instead of rebuilding the request from scratch.

To use it:

  1. Open the Purchase Request Card for a Released request that hasn’t yet produced a Purchase Order or Credit Memo.
  2. Select Populate from Planning Lines.
  3. Review the lines that flow in and adjust as needed.

Catch planning lines that don’t yet have a vendor assigned. When you run Populate from Planning Lines from a purchase document, purchase request, or work order, the selection dialog now offers a checkbox — Include Planning Lines without Vendor No. — so unassigned lines don’t silently fall out of your results.

To use it:

  1. Start the Populate from Planning Lines action from a purchase document, purchase request, or work order.
  2. In the selection dialog, tick Include Planning Lines without Vendor No. if you want those lines pulled in.
  3. Set the rest of your selection criteria and run the action.

See at a glance how much of each planning line a purchase request really covers. Two new FlowFields — Planning Line Quantity and Planning Line Remaining Qty. — now show on purchase request lines, so you can compare what’s been requested against what’s still outstanding without opening the planning lines themselves.

Other enhancements

Find phase and model items faster by typing into the search box. Description and Description 2 on the Phase Item and Model Item tables are now Normal fields, which means the page Search control works on them — a quick way to jump to the item you want.

To use it:

  1. Open a list that shows Phase Item or Model Item records.
  2. Click the search icon in the page header.
  3. Type any text from Description or Description 2 — matching rows narrow as you type.

Carry pricing and upgrade context through the worksheet flow. Price Group Code, Price Group Name, and Upgrade Level now appear on Construction Item Template, Item Worksheet Template Card (as checkboxes you toggle on or off for each field), and Item Worksheet — so you can confirm pricing detail in the page you’re already in instead of jumping back and forth.

Attach JPEG photos to a service issue. When you’re documenting a service issue and want to add a picture from your phone or camera, you can now upload it as a .jpeg file alongside the other supported image formats.

See links and notes for a lot without leaving the page. The Lots list and Lot Card pages now show Links + and Note + sections in the FactBox on the right — a count you can click to open the list — so you can read and add references right next to the lot you’re looking at instead of opening separate windows.
