Added

Listing Synchronization Status and Availability Failure Visibility

• New Sync Status views on the Listing card and list, plus a dedicated status page, showing which listings are failing, the error, and when the failure started.
• Listings list gains a Sync Failure Count column, and the Role Center gains a Listings with Sync Errors count that drills into the affected listings.
• Availability is no longer sent to a channel for a listing whose last availability calculation failed, preventing stale stock counts from reaching the channel. Sends held back are explained on screen or recorded on the status page when run by automation.

Action Required After Upgrading

• Any Listing waiting on an availability update is marked as needing recalculation, and availability will not be sent to its channel until that calculation succeeds at least once.

• After upgrading, run an availability calculation for each sales channel, or let one scheduled automation that includes the calculation step complete. Otherwise, availability updates are held back.

• Failed Listings appear on the new Sync Status page with the error so they can be corrected and retried.

Shipment Tracking Number Requirement

• A new Sales Channel setting prevents posting a shipment, and prevents sending shipment info to the channel, until a tracking number is entered. Channel apps can add their own checks alongside it.

Channel Order Status Refresh

• Manually releasing or reopening a linked sales order now refreshes the Channel Order status, without needing auto release or auto post.

API Data Export and Order Notes

• CSM API data export now also captures CSV reading settings (header row, delimiter, extra cells, quoting). A new Get Order Notes operation is available.

• Suite Engine API Engine Library 1.22.2026081428.303683 and Variations Library 1.7.2026081428.303403 or later.

Default Order Retrieval Date

• This is now one week before today's date, replacing a fixed 1 January 2021 date.

Listing Management - Availability Basis is Renamed and Expanded

• This update is important since syncing Listing inventory is a common and critical feature:
  • Availability is now Available to Promise
  • Available Inventory is now On Hand Less Reservations
  • Inventory is now Total Stock
  • Custom is now Channel-Defined
  • New Option:
    • On Hand Less Sales Orders
      • This reports stock on hand less quantity on open sales orders. The field is now extensible by channel apps.

Data Retention Toggled on by Default

• This applies to new installations with a one-month retention period, covering the API Message, Message Header, Parameter, Data Buffer, Processing Log, and Listing Sync History tables. Environments with these policies already configured are unchanged.

CSM Sales Channel Navigation Rebuild

• We've spent a great deal of time laying out this CSM Sales Channel card and focusing on making it intuitive and expandable. Our goal is that the CSM Sales Channel card is a hub of sorts, acting as a starting point and access point for all other critical functions.  The flow of the ribbon groups follows the typical setup integration order.
• Home
  • Contains the most commonly utilized options - a "Greatest Hits", if you will. We will be expanding options in the Home group in future versions of our CSM Core.
• Orders
  • Contains all base level functions related to Order Management
• Listings
  • Contains all base level functions related to Listing Management
• Mapping
  • This is a new section, containing the contents of what used to be buried in the "Related > Setup" group
• Automations
  • Contains quick access to commonly utilized cards/lists to manage Automations.
• APIs
  • Contains a button to quickly test your API Connection as well as quick access to commonly utilized cards/lists to manage API data.
• Default CSM Sales Channels landing page:
  • Customers section moved ahead of Order Management
  • Gift Cards moved under Setup
  • Archiving switch now precedes the retention period

• The older Sales Channel API connection test hook was removed in favor of the newer one, which returns improved status messages. All Suite Engine channel apps have moved. Custom code still using the old hook should move too.

• Job Queue Deadlocks During Order Automation
  • Locks are now released after the release step and after the posting step rather than held for the whole run.
• Availability Sent for Non-Item Listings
  • No longer calculated or sent for listings not linked to an item.
• Sales Channel Deletion Cleanup
  • Related API operation execution records are now removed, unless another Sales Channel still uses the same execution module.
• Caption Correction on the Listing Page
  • The package template field now reads Case Packed Pref Pkg Template.
