Features & Functionality
  • Shipping Discount Support

    • A new field, "Shipping Discount Amount", has been added to the CSM Order table. This enhancement enables support for shipping discounts when discount allocation is applied at the order line level.

  • Create Retention Policies Action

    • A new action, "Create Retention Policies", is now available on the CSM Setup page to set the default retention policy.

Corrections

  • Permission Fix for Retention Policy Setup

    • Resolved an issue where adding CSM tables to the retention policy setup failed due to missing permissions. The required permissions have now been correctly assigned.

  • SENAPI Sales Channel Issue
    • Fixed an issue in the SENAPIGetTierPriceCustGroupIDForSalesPrice procedure where the Sales Channel was not returning the correct value.
  • Sell-to Contact Number Population
    • Addressed a bug where the Sell-to Contact Number was not being populated during order creation.
  • State Cross References Not Picked Up
    • Fixed an issue where CSM was not recognizing State Cross References from the CSM Cross Reference Table during the sales order conversion process.
