- Issue: Previously, when your company's local currency differed from the payment currency (for example, a company operating in EUR that processes payments in USD), processing fees were posted with the fee amount but without the payment's currency code.
- Business Central then treated the fee as a local-currency amount, so a 0.59 USD fee was posted as 0.59 EUR instead of being converted to its true local-currency value.
- Fix: Processing fees now post using the transaction's currency.
- Business Central automatically converts the fee to your local currency at the appropriate exchange rate, so fee entries in the general ledger match the amount actually charged.
