Overview

This release improves the reliability and accuracy of Automation Run History for automations handed off to another Suite Engine app (such as CSM or CPM).

 
 
 

Updated

  • The manual "Run" action now reports the actual outcome, including failures and Unknown results.

  • "Mark as Failed" now also supports Unknown runs, with improved duration accuracy.

 

Fixed

  • Automations handed off to another Suite Engine app now run more reliably within a scheduled batch.

  • Added a new **Unknown** status for these handed-off runs when the outcome isn't reported back, making them easy to spot and investigate.
