Updates

Procedure scope update
- The LoadRecords scope in the SENAPI Record Viewer table has been changed from Internal to Public. This change enhances the accessibility and flexibility of the procedure.

Correction

Field Length Adjustment
- The field length of the API Function Code in the SENAPICredential table has been marked as obsolete. This change is in preparation for increasing the field length to 50 characters in the next release.
